Getting Ready for Your Window Clean

We’re stoked you’ve booked in! To help the day run smoothly, here’s a quick guide on how to prepare before our team arrives.

When You Book

  • Once you’ve booked online, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. On the day of your clean, we’ll send you a quick heads-up when we’re on our way — so no surprises.

Do I Need to Be Home?

  • For exterior-only cleans, you don’t need to be home. We’ve got everything we need, and we’ll send you before-and-after photos so you can see the sparkle for yourself.

  • For interior cleans, we’re happy to work around you. You can stick around or head out once we’ve finished the inside. Just make sure we can still get to the outside windows once you go.

Before We Arrive

  • A few small things you can do to help us out:

    • Leave access to all windows — including side paths, backyards, and any locked gates

    • Move any fragile items off window sills (we’ll take care around your space, but it’s best to keep things safe)

    • Let us know if there’s anything tricky to access — we’re happy to work with you

    • Got pets? Keep them secure, or give us a heads-up on how to keep them happy and safe

Weather Stuff

  • A little rain won’t stop us — we clean windows in light rain no problem.

  • If it’s a real downpour or unsafe conditions, we’ll be in touch to reschedule within a day or two at no extra cost.

  • And with our 7-day Rain Guarantee, if any rain spots show up after the clean, we’ll come back and sort it.

Payment

  • We keep it simple: flat rate pricing based on your home size and any extras you’ve chosen. No hidden surprises.

  • We’ll email you the invoice once you’ve given us the thumbs-up. You can pay by card or bank transfer — whatever suits you best.

After the Clean

  • If you’re home, we’ll walk you through the finished job to make sure you’re happy.

  • Not around? No worries — we’ll send photos so you can see the results. And if anything’s not quite right, just flick us a message within 48 hours and we’ll come back to fix it.
