If you’re outside this area, a travel charge may apply, but we’ll always confirm this with you in advance—no surprises.

Our Interior Window Cleaning includes:
Clearing cobwebs and debris
Basic frame wipe-down (including mould and mildew)
Window wash, squeegee, and final detailing
Bronze or fine steel wool for stubborn marks (if safe for tints)
Our Exterior Window Cleaning uses Pure Water Water-Fed Pole Technology for a streak-free finish, reaching up to three storeys safely from the ground. We measure water purity daily with a Digital TDS Meter to ensure a spot-free result. In some cases, a traditional squeegee may also be used.
Important Notes:
The basic clean does not include hard water stain removal or scraping (these will be available as add-ons in the future).
99 percent of debris is removed, but tough stains may require additional treatment.
Sunrooms, conservatory windows, high skylights, internal glass doors, and balustrades are not included unless quoted separately.
Upon completion, we recommend a quick walk-around with your technician to ensure you are happy with the results.

Our technicians provide a basic wipedown of window frames and sills as part of your service. This is a complimentary bonus that many competitors do not offer.
For a deep clean, including detailed grime removal and “Q-Tip” treatment, we recommend hiring a residential cleaner. If requested, we can provide this service for a minimum of $200, charged hourly rather than at a flat rate.

Yes, but we typically recommend construction cleaning specialists for removing cement splatter, excess paint, and stickers from high windows.

We service Auckland-wide with no travel fee for locations within 20km of Mission Bay.

We’re a cashless business, so no need to worry about cash on the day. Once you’re happy with the job, we’ll email you an invoice, usually later that day or the next. You can pay by credit card (fees apply) or bank transfer, whatever suits you best.
We kindly ask that payment is made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

This method is fast, eco-friendly, and highly effective, ensuring a superior clean while prioritising safety.

Squee:gee uses carbon fibre extendable poles to safely clean windows up to three storeys high with precision and efficiency.
In rare cases where access is obstructed (e.g., by a pergola or difficult angles), some windows may be unreachable. However, we always do our best to find a solution.

Yes, we can clean tinted windows, but the results may not be as flawless as on untreated glass.
To prevent damage, we avoid using abrasives like fine steel or bronze wool, which means some stubborn marks, such as oil splatter, may be more difficult to remove.

A reminder 24–48 hours before your service

For exterior-only window cleaning, you don’t need to be present—we’ll provide proof of work in our follow-up communication.
If you have appointments or need after-hours service, that’s no problem. For interior cleaning, you’re welcome to stay for the appointment, but once the inside windows are done, you can lock up and leave while we finish the exterior.

We provide all our own equipment, but we ask that a clear path to the windows is available. Please remove any fragile or breakable items from window sills.
For larger items, our team is happy to help move them within reason.

Yes, we complete scheduled jobs rain or shine. Light rain does not affect the cleaning, so we proceed as planned.
For heavy rain or showers, we will return within 1–2 days to finish the exterior windows. Interior window cleaning is always completed as scheduled to minimise disruption.

No, this is a common myth. Rain does not make clean windows dirty—it only highlights dirt already on the glass. In fact, clean windows tend to stay cleaner for longer, even in the rain.
For peace of mind, Squee:gee offers a 7-Day Rain Guarantee. If you notice any drops or marks the day after your clean, let us know, and we’ll return within 2 days to re-clean at no charge.
